      Pros

      CHA continues to grow and change for the better. Leadership has been very helpful and caring during the COVID Pandemic. Allowing employees to ability to work from home, if necessary. Leadership is caring and helpful. They are showing you can grow and be promoted within the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes the members are difficult to work with and engage into treatment.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work. The co-workers are the best and really help out when needed. We have gotten a couple of raises this year and some positions also receive incentives . The most flexible job and employer I've ever had. I feel valued, heard, and appreciated by the CEO who has an open door policy.

      Cons

      This is a hard field to work in and not for someone who doesn't want to work. You have to learn how to balance your work/life because sometimes they overlap.
