Small but mighty team, a solid business, and plenty of seasoned pros in the mix. It’s been a great place to grow—learned a ton from some seriously sharp bosses. And the people? Top-notch. Feels like family.

The old tenure game has left the place a little lopsided—big titles, big salaries, but not a lot of heavy lifting to match. Most folks are either coasting toward retirement or just punching the clock for a paycheck.

There is very little pros.
