Pros
Culturally it is one of the best places I've ever worked. Everyone is kind, supportive and generous with their time. The team pull together to get things done. The team here are talented and hard working, this is reflected in the high quality output of our work for clients. There are good opportunities for career development, both within Conran and the opportunities for training provided by our parent co. Havas.
Cons
Some times of year are significantly busier (workload wise) than others and it's hard for the business to resource around this which can lead to crunch points in the year when we're all very busy followed by periods where we're all a bit quieter. Overall though, I think the work/life balance is better than a lot of other agencies.
