No help/ guidance or assitance has ever been provided by this company during my tenure Poor Pay: Try and negotiate during interview because no chances of increament plus they always offer lower than the market rate Extreme Favoritism: If you suck up to the management no matter how dumb you are no one will bat an eye on what you do. Managers are incapable of handling stress and will always take it out on their least favorite subordinates Unstructured HR: I still don't have my contract and I have been here a while The upper management is arrogant, unapproachable and too full of themselves
