Great People and Company! - Atlassian Analyst Contegix Employee Review

I've only been at Contegix for a relatively short time, but I have enjoyed all aspects of my employment so far. The work is fully remote which is a huge plus, all of the people I've interacted with including my manager have been kind, engaged, and supportive, and the workload has been manageable with an ebb and flow of busier times as is to be expected. A positive thing I've seen throughout my time here as well has been the way that management does listen to and make an effort to correct issues in relation to processes. As a smaller company, there are always growing pains, but management seems to take these under advisement and actively work to make things better for the company. That is always something that I appreciate and has not been the case in previous companies I've worked at.
