From my initial conversations with the HR team through to my Day 1 at Contis the overall experience was exceptional.
I was asked what I wanted my onboarding experience to be and the Contis team delivered in every aspect. My equipment was fully set up and delivered to me 1 week before my start date. 121's were established for me with hey stakeholders which made feel part of the team immediately.
