      None. Literally nothing is positive here.

      The workplace I was part of was toxic beyond belief and its negative environment took a toll on my mental and physical health. If you enjoy unmanageable workloads and ridiculous deadlines coupled with horrible compensation, this the workplace for you. I don't understand how individuals can move to other local firms and get paid more for the same job.

      Pros

      Training was imformative and well structured, some coworkers stayed out of office politics, and health and medical benefits were available.

      - Supervisors and managers are extremely unprofessional and unethical. - Employees are routinely bullied, mocked, and humiliated. - Blame is frequently shifted onto employees even when responsibility clearly lies with supervisors or managers. - Office politics and blatant favoritism are constant and unavoidable. - The work environment is toxic and damaging. - Leadership consistently displays a disrespectful and poor attitude.
