Pros

Pension and salary is available Being part of a large company structure That’s about it really. The staff discount is nice but that’s only if the products sold are of use to you.

Cons

No care for mental well-being of staff at all. Communication throughout the whole company is terrible and staff are treated like children in a school instead of employees. There is absolutely No room for progression

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear you’ve not had a positive experience working at Cooksongold. We do encourage employees to use the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), mental health first aiders or HR should they need support. In light of your comments, we will review how we let employees know of these services. Communication throughout the pandemic has been challenging at times, we hope to be able to reinstate our face to face Company briefings sessions once safe to do so. We support individual training and development requests and encourage managers to discuss and support progression within their departments. I am sorry you feel unsupported, please feel free to contact me should you have any further comments, emma.roulston@cooksongold.com.
