I wanted to clarify something for you on the con you listed, as I was surprised to see it brought up. You can indeed take breaks whenever you need and we do require 30 minute breaks for certain situations, but you are able to take a restroom break without taking a 30-minute break and every member of management has the ability to make exceptions to the break policy within reason and at their discretion. If you have any questions about that, please don't hesitate to reach out to your Operations Manager for further clarification.
