Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We are so grateful for our employees - they make what we do possible! We do our best to keep our pay and benefits competitive. As we saw in the past year with other centers, not everything was quite as it seemed when it came to what was being promised and what was actually delivered. We do offer FMLA for those that qualify and discretionary leave for those do not. We have a generous PTO policy as well as offering short term disability to help offset those leave being unpaid. Hopefully, if you have questions or concerns, you would feel comfortable speaking to your Clinical Director or HR to get further clarification! Thank you for all you do!
