      Gossipy, loud, crowded, inconsistent, lack of direction, weird social structure, crabs in a bucket, lower than industry standard pay.

      I’ve been working for CCLA 3+ years and I really enjoy my job, I genuinely feel appreciated here. Management does a great job of showing employees that we are valued. They listen carefully to our feedback and make an effort to improve the workplace based on what we share.
