They spend a lot of money on internal marketing to let you know how good employees have it
Cons
Commitment to diversity of any kind is performative only. I was explicitly discouraged from discussing my differences and this was supported by human resources. EEOC complaints were stymied. There is no place here for hardworking outliers.
