Pros

There are NONE. Sad, right?!

Cons

-The owner is extremely rude and only cares about himself. The employees are ignored and discriminated against, especially women. -No benefits -Low Pay -High Turnover Rate -Poor Communication between all employees -If you talk with the boss in private, soon enough, the whole company will know what was said. Very unprofessional! -The owner is a micro manager. He doesn't trust his employees and is constantly checking up on them to make sure they are doing their job. -The owner wants his employees to "think like an owner." We are NOT the owner. We are NOT there to do YOUR job.

Pros

CSG is a great company. I have very much enjoyed the last several years. I have been privileged to grow both personally and professionally. I am continually encouraged to do my very best. The value system of the company is something that I have never experienced before. All team members takes a huge amount of pride in the company and our clients. I have been given the opportunity to work with many extremely talented individuals. These individuals paired with the knowledge and vision of the CEO has allowed CSG to be on the cutting edge of industry standards and remain profitable during the hardest of economic times. Mutual respect and a close nit group of people results in a welcoming environment that has manifested a very joyful and positive culture.

Cons

This company is not for the weak at heart. There is no slow time. There is no down time. This is an environment that has proven too much for many but if you thrive in a fast paced environment where ownership is encouraged then you'll do just fine.
