*Huge earnings available if you are proper good at all aspects of sales *Sales director is a sales guru who genuinely knows the art of sales. Nice guy too. *No micro-management or condescending hassle on targets *Great HR team who cover every detail and make sure you are comfy in all aspects. *No fakeness or passengers - it is stand and deliver or not for you * All nice and authentic people that I have encountered / no games and politics *Not overtly woke which is hard to learn fully when one is more mature *Birthday off, good holidays, pension, death in service etc.. and VERY GOOD internal discount scheme on retailers making savings of up to 50% on things we buy

Personally I have not encountered any as I have not been there long enough but I would say this :- * If you are not a hard worker and don't have thick skin, this company is probably not for you - debt collection is not glamorous or sexy so some days will be tough - weigh that up - it is the navy seals of sales and service. * I wish I had worked for this company when I was younger as the earning potential is massive for salespeople. C'est la vie...
