      Pros

      Family owned, the Cregger’s truest care about their business. Many of the upper management will fight for you and find ways to help you if you give them reason.

      Cons

      Can be a high stress job depending on position and sometimes the work/life balance is a bit rough. But this is based on position and what you put in. Benefits aren’t the best, but they do offer other helpful things.

      Pros

      The people were nice The trips to SC were cool Environmental was very laid back and management was easy to talk to.

      Cons

      - Low pay compared to national average - Focused too much on roles that didn’t really have anything to do with the background of the students they hired for this role (ie. business, supply chain, operations management) was very sales and warehouse focused - Program length and structure was not efficient - No diversity at all! You’ll probably be the only Black/Brown face in the company. - Stuck in the 60s but was interested in hiring Gen Z…??? - Wasn’t mentally stimulating for me because work became repetitive and draining.
