Most directors and managers try their best to make this a great work environment for everyone. - Open door policy - Flexibility to give ideas when you have them - Great co-workers - Most managers are easy going - Free food - Good events
Cons
- Some directors/managers micromanage too much - Low pay compared to the average for the same job in Northern VA - Parking sucks - No work from home even if you are just office support - No room for growth, it's a boys club in directors hall
