Comp is below average for the workload and expectations. Obviously suffering from poor management and planning. Anyone can lose their job at any minute without proper explanation. If you’re in it you're months (or years if youre lucky) away from being laid off. management is always coming up with new titles for the senior positions and promotions which is laughable considering nothing changes but the high turn over; theyre apathetic and always complaining of finances.
