- Bosses take more than they can chew at the expense of their teams. - Toxic environment. Bosses usually disagree with each other and getting projects through becomes harder for employees. - You have got to sacrifice your personal time to show that you are committed. - No recognition. You are always behind with no way to catch up and you continuously get reminders on meetings about it.
