      Strong pre-sales team overshadowed by poor post-sales leadership - GTM Cyberhaven Employee Review

      Pros

      Very intellectual product and pre-sales team, strong leadership on the pre-sales team as well.

      Cons

      Post sales/CS leadership is horrible, heavily micromanages, and is borderline inhumane. They have fired/let go of high performers over the length my time here, have outed team members' performance on team calls, and have disregarded personal health concerns team wide. There's been multiple complaints regarding these issues about leadership to HR and they've been ignored multiple times as well. Avoid working in post sales at Cyberhaven!!

      Pros

      High-growth cybersecurity company, meaningful equity upside if things go well, still in build mode which enables real influence on how the GTM org is built and scaled. Strong product-market fit narrative in a space with urgency. Cross-functional visibility across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product. Encouragement to build AI workflows and adopt across the stack.

      Salaries and insurance benefits were mostly good

      Cons

      Incredibly toxic work culture. Long hours, working weekends, and the impossibly high expectations from management with no real support to help you reach company goals. Unpredictable restructuring and constant leadership changes and layoffs in such a short amount of time. The toxicity and chaos is reflective of their poor leadership. Would not recommend unless you just want the start up experience and then get out asap for a company that actually appreciates its employees and their hard work. And take the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt, most likely disingenuous reviews to build the company rating.
