No real training. No room for growth. Management is not there to help you, they are there to keep you in line. Very cut throat. Too much internal competition. Not a team environment. Peers and high ups will smile in your face and stab you in the back for their own financial gain or success with no repercussions. Management is unsupervised and allowed to treat their staff as poorly as they see fit. Human Resources and upper management allow the inmates to run the asylum and the bread winners to get away with murder. They only thing that matters to this company is number signs.
