      Good employee benefits. Flexible working time arrangements. Work life balance. The management treats employees well, They have gyms in their buildings!

      Cons

      If you hate the environment, it's mostly the people not the company.

        Nobody should take any rejection personally. Lee Iacocca wrote in his book that at a high enough level all applicants are equally qualified -- it's not possible to make an terrible decision. So he would take the applicant out to dinner. If the applicant salted his food before tasting, that applicant would get the boot. It's arbitrary -- he explained he had to make some type of decision. Moral: work long and hard just to be a contender. After that, it's all about luck.
