Pros
I really cant think of a lot of Pro's for this company. They let you off if it is an emergency and some managers understand the work life balance more than others. They have a wonderful new facility in Olathe that is pretty state of the art.
Cons
Benefits are horrible and very pricey. The compensation is low compared to other positions at other companies. Management is close minded and tough to deal with sometimes.
