Benefits are standard. Management is laid back and does not micromanage. Salary is slightly above average. Good coworkers.
Cons
It’s all about money. If you don’t produce income, you’re out. It’s cheap, high pressure car sales. Infighting between architecture/engineering is a big drag on morale. Company will sacrifice long term client relationships to achieve a quarterly goal.
