They pay you money, schedule isn’t terrible

Hostile work environment, no room for advancement, many employees leave around the 2-3 week mark. Tony is very dishonest, often lying about opportunities then tries to get you to accept new responsibilities without a pay increase. HR had no interest in improving the workings when I personally reached out after being harassed by an older woman for weeks who works there who is just miserable for simply “parking in her spot”. The managers door is always shut and they get very agitated if you ever need anything. Hostile is the word that best describes the culture.
