Pros

If your graduate in IT industry and your field is on IT itself well this company is a great Stepping stone. Literal na stepping stone para umangat ka sa laylayan at mapunta sa much better na company

Cons

Since hindi naman ako IT graudate at more on electrician ako. Di ko nalang pinili magwork dahil malapit and yung starting point mo is magtatake ka ng calls or what they CALL SERVICE DESK analyst yung mag aassist ka ng bobong customers Cons is all of account handlers are toxic Micro managing accounts via leverage. Ayaw maghire . Umaasa sa dual skills 2 accounts -1 salary Di ko ramdam ang employee engagement nila all i can feel is thier glorifying achievements in the company na it makes sense for them but not for us. Walang salary increase kahit L1 agent or service desk analyst ka Kung gusto mo magka salary increase need mo maging tagapagmana/bida bida/magpa alila sa management para ma promote ka. But it will take a long RUN .di ko na ninais yan. Dagdag stress lang Maghahangad pa ba ako ng mataa eh hirap na hirap na ako as analyst. Analyst wise wala silang pake if queiing or konti lang kayong agent basta take calls lang kayo. Honestly parang di mo ramdam na IT ka dito kung graduate ka ng IT kasi parang call center ang datingan. Best for you is magresign ka and mag apply ka sa accenture. This is your stepping stone kuno. I'll pray nalang sa kahihinatnan ng company

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
