The delusion of leadership here would be funny if it wasn't impacting their employees. They claim to compete with larger, Big 4 or even Big 3 consultancies but that is laughable when you see their output. They claim to focus on change work but most of what you will see is communications or even administrative work. Leadership is also unaware on all fronts. They keep losing key aspects of their business and don't understand why - even though the problem is painfully obvious. Leadership's toxic traits also trickle down to junior staff so that no one feels safe, especially psychologically. People who provide constructive advice or promote new ways of thinking are often disparaged or derided by leadership.
