      Academic Freedom. You will not find a better place for academic freedom. Some work can be very rewarding and enriching.

      Relatively low pay, demanding work. Professional development is expected but not funded.

      Working as a math tutor in the library was a very good experience. The hours are flexible which works well for students.

      There are no cons to this position unless you do not enjoy what you are teaching.
