Pros
It depends on the team. If you're lucky enough to be in the right team, it can make all the difference. Anyway, Db provides a lot of in-house tools to keep learning with, however it is up to reach individual to make use of it. Front office is competitive, but where is this not true.
Cons
The technology stack is not the most up to date, but then it makes sense to pride stability over experimentation. However, this is changing, as Db is becoming more adventurous.
