horrific lack of support from management, regularly asked to do impossible tasks with no support or training.

The team were fantastic and hardworking.

Upper management was at times cold and impersonal, and did not create a very comfortable environment to raise issues. Career progression is not really possible, and I did not receive a salary increase even after 3 years in the role.
