DexLab Analytics has been one organisation where analytics is welcomed not only with an open mind but also with a warm heart. Analytics, in the big organisations turn out to be quite a templated domain, with set procedures and end -to -end Standard Operating Procedures. This minimizes the chances of experimenting with the analytical techniques and hence exploratory approach to problems is reduced. At DexLab analytics, I breathe a sigh of relief as it provides an ambiance of research and exploration into the uncharted territories of analytics. The team is a treat to work with and the senior management is very accommodating in nature. Ample funded opportunities to attend conferences and symposiums to expand the networking circles and the knowledge reach is something I admire in the organisation.
