- Salary is always on time

- Upper Management is TOXIC - Hostile work environment - Constant swearing/cursing ( bad words ) - lack of support - Threatening Nature ( I will fire you for no reason ) - Excessive workload - No Paid Leaves at all ( Discrimination against National holidays ) If you are a hindu, you are not eligible for Muslim/Other religion holidays and vice versa - Extremely long working hours ( minimum 11 hours a day ) -

It is one of the best firm to learn new things and comfortable place to work many are working since long time .

But lack of support for seniors we have to work independently . And manage everything . Ya there is work load.
