Pros

Good wages if you sell your soul Great bunch of guys to work with and benefits.

Cons

Zero work life balance, if you want to work every weekend then this is the job for you. You can get called in on your days off which management think is their right due to the shift allowance. Surely working unsociable hours/weekends and public holidays is enough without your days off! Inexperienced management trying to implement graduate policies when they don't work. They think because they pay well you are a slave to the wages. No contingency, if anyone goes off, bare minimum staffing have to pick up the shortfalls. I asked for more training time and was refused, lone working for 8 hours at a time and i was not signed off as competent. Dangerous in my opinion! I thought the public sector was bad till I worked here! Promised the world but sorely disappointed. You have to see all the managers having jollies on the company website while you are struggling to keep production running. I've asked for an exit interview with senior management but my manager is reluctant. Surely they want to know the issues so they can address them. Don't be swayed by the salary is my advice! You'll regret it.

Pros

Pay & Benefits are wonderful

Cons

Unrealistic expectations towards employees Insurance benefits *Managers* are composed of front-line production leads and those who may oversee or supervise.* The work-life balance is severely lacking, and there are biased managers who add negative connotations to peers' actions without any solid evidence or knowledge. Furthermore, these managers often lack technical expertise regarding machinery and engage in excessive micromanagement of employees. The workplace lacks diversity as defined, and the hiring representatives are typically the same floor leads that micromanage peers creating unfair hiring process at Diageo. Many individuals who have encountered the corrupt practices lead reps in previous jobs are frequently denied opportunities.
