Pros
Like most agencies, they have a diverse client portfolio, so you get to work in several different projects. Quite stimulating.
Cons
A lot. They claim to an agency that moves quickly and with speed in a dynamic business environment. Also the whole "We're like a start up, except we are not".. Their HR and salary / performance structure is as corporate as it gets. They flip every coin to save money.
