Family owned business that puts their employees first.

The trucking industry can be unpredictable at times.

Most of the dispatchers have been drivers so they don't give drivers a lot of attitude. Office staff treated drivers with respect.

Sold 8/4/2025 to TFA Logistics which pays drivers less per mile AND requires to run longer without hometime. I expect most of the drivers to leave since many have been at Dillion since the early years with Donnie Dillon.
