Pros
Relaxing, stress-free teaching with adults. Loved my co-workers and management. Loved having my own office in Seoul to decorate and call my own.
Cons
It's a split-shift schedule which makes sense for working adults. Early mornings and late evenings every day. Have to work some Saturdays. There is a lot of hierarchical and saving face B. S. that you have to put up with. Flirty clients bothering female teachers are not taken care of.
