Pros

In general those who work for Customer Service are nice and helpful In practice in most cases you don't have to work overtime if you don't want to (although you are asked to waiver your right to work less than 48h per week) There are some nice Team Leaders

Cons

Never have I seen a company so divided. One side has all company departments, on the other Customer Service (or "the call centre" as it is referred to interlally). - 42.5 working hours per week, heavily micromanaged (if you have been 13 minutes in a break instead of 10 it will be brough to your attention). This means 9 to 6 with 30 minutes sharp of lunch. Those who do not work in "the call centre" leave 1 hour before you (5) every day every week, their lunch is also not a sharp 30 minutes - IT systems are a significant issue to put it mildly - bad or abysmal (depending on role) pay vs responsibilities - Senior Management often use you to offload responsibilities that are not yours (including, but not limited to, legal cases). You also better look your back as the same management is happy to throw you under the bus if any issue arises from errors they have made - As per many other reviews it is clear there is a major problem with senior management in London for the Customer Service side, it is also appears as this is ignored as Senior Management has not changed in the slightest in the time I was there - The turnover at the business ("call centre" side) speaks for itself - I have seen multiple people crying out of stress I cannot comment on what this company is for other departments, because to me it has always really felt like colleageus in other departments (most of which are really nice) work for a different business
