Pros
- Very genuine, nice people and co-workers
- They just recently offered some stock options
- Culture and dynamic of the company is friendly and family oriented
Cons
- The company is very frugal, (this years company outing was a picnic and scavenger hunt)
- There are certain perks of larger medical device companies that I honestly miss, one of them being tuition reimbursement, I don't know if this is going to change in the future as I expressed that I wanted to pursue my Ph.D. and I basically got a blank stare
- They don't have a employer match/contribution to your 401(k) as of yet
- There have been so many IT issues since I started with this company, affecting work. Earlier this year the server was down for a whole entire week, creating a backlog
- Process related issues, when trying to effectively collaborate with others, it seems as if there is not enough time, because many people are doing 2-3 peoples worth of work
- There are many younger (millennial generation) individuals working at this company. I believe this affects the work dynamic, as I believe a good mixture of people is needed. Sometimes the environment is very "cliquish", similar to high school
