Horrible company - Anonymous employee Diteba Employee Review

This has been one of the most disappointing work experiences I’ve had. The company lacks appreciation for its employees and displays clear favoritism, which creates a toxic and demotivating environment. Despite putting in effort and dedication, recognition is selective and based on bias rather than performance. I genuinely did not enjoy my time here and would not recommend it to others seeking a supportive or fair workplace.
