      Weekly pay as well as daily pay if you choose

      Being a full time employee , I had to work 6 days to get my hours because of the short shifts. Employees are asked to do a substantial amount of work ,effort , and still manage to keep customer relations. The pay is not good at all , I can't speak but for all but my area it was very unsubstantial. You bend over backwards to accommodate and not be insubordinate and it's not appreciated or acknowledged in any way .

      Pros

      None. This is the worst company I've ever worked for. The pay is not commeasurate with the amount of work that you were expected to do. Dollar General runs their stores on skeleton crews and each person is expected to do the work of 3 to four people.

      Cons

      Everything. From dealing with incredibly rude customers, to the pay, to the workload and everything in between. Again, this is the worst company that I have ever worked for and I've definitely had my fair share of jobs in my lifetime.
