Pros
This is my first job in UK & It's been 6 months since I joined this company & having spent a considerable amount of time I feel I'm in fair position to share my views. It's a mid size company, growing at a decent pace with offices at 3 international locations. Few of the many things that sets this company apart for good reasons are-
*Management is quite cool & highly approachable at all times to support & provide quick solution to problems. As for me, I need to make frequent discussions to understand certain things while dealing with clients.
*Back end team & co-managers are always very supportive during & after my learning phase. Being new in the industry I was provided with ample of time and guidance to learn & understand the business line of the company & industry guidelines.
*Company provides training's to keep employees updated about compliance, dynamic policies & regulations of the industry.
*A very positive, lively & highly motivating working environment to learn & grow while sharing loads of laughs with colleagues.
*Have been my own boss, I'm allowed to follow my work style with zero interference. Isn't it a blessing !?
*Pay scale is decent & salaries are always on time.
*Asking for leaves is not a problem provided prior intimation has been made.
*We do frequent team lunch.
Cons
Grrrrr....Have to think hard for Bad one's-
*Sometimes coordinating with Indian team becomes a hard work due to time difference. UK timing does not goes hand in hand with Indian work shift.
