No systematic work - IT Engineer EBS Systems Employee Review

Honestly I don't know any

I worked here years ago but only now got the courage to review. Now in my new company, every single memories ebs feels like constant trauma and bullying. The work they give were unreal and unable to achieve. During my time, I asked senior engineer for guidance and they didn't know how to solve the problem and somehow during the meeting I need to explain why I couldn't solve it. It's impossible to earn the bonus. Work hours are too much. Not to mention seniors there seems to be comfy because the boss couldn't afford to fire them bcs they're the ones who knows the company inside out. I also cannot stand the boss' personality. I wish fresh grad do proper research and check whether you really wanna work here or not.

Salary wise good, include commissions for sales and got additional pli if achieved kpi.

Kpi requirements keeps changing every 2 months, sometimes got late pli payment
