Cons
Toxic management and a lot of dramas from C Level and High ups. High turn over and burn out. Remote working for work life balance? Funny things I've ever heard, remote in here = Stand by 24/7 or you will be kicked out. Unreasonable Manager for Giving Task also planning task, you will always hear the word "EOD" and when not achieve by deadline, always find the "black goat" to be blame for and not reflect to other things (especially the management). lastly, when you are not achieve or not following the order to over work (standby 24/7), be prepared to be threatened, like - will working onsite at HO and make you uncomfortable to resign, - no yearly bonuses, and always said, your Overwork = Dedication and also they like to lead people with fear not leading people with respect and trust.
