      Pros

      No pros from my perspective. But I'm sure hedge funders love how efficient they are at taking American jobs and shipping them offshore. (Full disclosure: I have never been a direct employee of EKCS. My former employer contracted with them.)

      Cons

      These outsourcers are the reason I and three dozen of my colleagues lost our jobs (which are now being done in India). The reason for this? Greed, pure and simple.
