      Only advantage : fellow co-workers are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Upper Management likes to think very highly of themselves. Hmm, I wonder why they have such a tough time selecting "well qualified candidates" They are biased. Pay is very low with an extremely heavy workload.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
