Employees do not feel safe speaking up. Reporting issues leads to retaliation, either directly or subtly. Management style is heavily micromanaged. Directors focus on control instead of trust, development, or clear direction. Poor people management. Feedback feels inconsistent, dismissive, or punitive rather than supportive.
