Pros
7 months into role, thoroughly enjoying my time here, the onboarding process was streamlined and efficient compared to previous employers, the training was bespoke and tailored to my role and level of experience with very little "classroom" time, which meant picking up the role specifics was a lot smoother and faster, the people are amazing, great facilities and for the first time in a long time I can genuinely say that I love my job!
Cons
the only con would have to be that the private healthcare provision is for managerial grade and above which is the same as a lot of other firms, but there are a lot out there now that have extended this to all staff, other than that the place is great and it is genuinely a fab place to work!
