Pros

Relaxed dress code, the only thing that felt even slightly relaxed in this company.

Cons

You cannot do anything right because management constantly tears apart your work while micromanaging every single move you make and controlling everything down to the smallest detail. The constant interference and lack of trust make it impossible to work properly, and being under bosses like this felt extremely suffocating and unhealthy.

Pros

You learn fast how to survive chaos and keep moving even when things fall apart.

Cons

The money is bad and somehow always stays bad. They talk up bonuses, but those never seem to show up when it counts. The place is rough, hot, and hard on your body, and calling out sick feels like a crime. Do a good job and you just get dumped with extra tasks that should be someone else’s problem. Moving up is not really a thing, it’s just the same work with a new title. The stress piles up fast, turnover is constant, and most people figure out pretty quickly to avoid sticking around. Schedules are all over the place, and planning your life around this job feels pointless. One week you are slammed, the next you wonder why you even showed up. Management attitudes make it worse, like burnout is your fault instead of a sign of deeper problems. Nobody checks in unless something goes wrong, then suddenly everyone cares. Communication is a joke. Pay details change depending on who you ask, and nothing is ever written down. When problems pop up, blame gets passed around until it lands on the lowest person in the room. You stop speaking up because it never leads anywhere good. What really gets to you is how normal all of this feels to them. High turnover is treated like background noise instead of a warning sign. People leave tired, frustrated, and worn down, and nothing changes.
