pleasant beautiful office, lots of talented nice employees, lots of perks like parties and free breakfast on Friday, great place to start however your salary will be low and not a living wage for nyc.
Cons
Too many egos slowing down entire design process, long unnecessary meetings lots of micro managing. Perfectionism where it doesn't need to be. Upper mangers can become catty, emotional, extremely stressed, unprofessional over what seemed to be minor issues and not helpful for solving problems.
