      Do not believe anything said during interviews, just about everything they told me about my position was a lie. I had 6 other companies I turned down due to lies I was told about what my role would be.

      They attract phenomenally talented workaholics- the kind of ambitious people you want to work and build a career with.

      Cons

      Management only promotes/ rewards kiss-assing and bankrupting incompetence; if you are actually skilled, make ETI money, or are a team player that is viewed favorably by your coworkers — you are soon to be unemployed by ETI.
