Pros

There is absolutely not a single positive thing I could ever say about this property management company or its management.

Cons

Most immoral company I am embarrassed to admit I was employed by. They fire people all the time for no absolutely reason.

Edgewood Properties Response

This is simply not true. In fact, the percentage of people terminated by Edgewood Properties is probably near the national average, if not a bit lower than that. If someone is let go they always know they were not performing up to company standard and, in advance, given adequate time to improve their job performance - unless gross misconduct is involved, of course. We are very sorry that a former employee let go for not measuring up places the blame elsewhere.

Pros

Collaborative environment that encourages participation in company initiatives and growth. Large privately (family) owned company that cares about my personal well-being and work/life balance. Intelligent, sharp, and engaged leadership group with great business strategies.

Cons

The company is loaded with strong and competitive internal talent, which requires strong work-ethic and initiative to advance.

Pros

Family-owned company with a strong sense of culture and community. Opportunities for growth and advancement as the company continues to expand. Great employee perks, including discounted housing and strong health insurance benefits. Leadership is passionate and invested in both the company and its people. The CEO is demanding and holds high standards, but he genuinely cares, is passionate about the business, and is deeply involved in philanthropic efforts that positively impact the community. Overall, I truly enjoy working for the company and value being part of an organization that is continuously growing and evolving.

Cons

Like many growing companies, there are some growing pains as systems and processes continue to evolve. Recruiting for vacant positions can be challenging, which sometimes places added strain on existing teams.
